Hilos Invisibles

Hilos Invisibles is an exhibition and a collection of furniture pieces curated by Matteo Fogale and inspired by the work of modernist architect Julio Vilamajó Echaniz. The result of Uruguay-born designer Matteo Fogale’s residency at Museo Casa Vilamajó and his collaboration with seven design studios from Montevideo. The work was first exhibited at The Aram Gallery for The London Design Festival 2018. The design of the pieces were inspired from original drawings of the architect found in the archives.
